After much reflection on her professional strengths and aspirations, Shannon is now pursuing her CHRP designation while working as an HR Generalist at Earthscape. Driven by coaching and developing successful teams, she focuses on building operational systems that support all levels of staff in communicating effectively, overcoming conflict in the workplace, and supporting employees in reaching their goals. In her spare time you can find her practicing yoga, in the garden with her chickens, or on a patio with friends.
