MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Learning from those a few steps ahead

Through mentorship, KPWA brings members together with trusted leaders and executive coaches—creating space to learn, reflect, and grow into leadership roles.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS A MENTEE

Apply to be a mentee

As a mentee, the program offers space to step back from the pressures of a competitive environment.
With the support of a mentor, you are encouraged to reflect on your professional goals based on who you are, not just where you are headed.

Each mentorship relationship is shaped by the goals you bring into the program, making every experience personal and intentional.
