MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Learning from those a few steps ahead
Through mentorship, KPWA brings members together with trusted leaders and executive coaches—creating space to learn, reflect, and grow into leadership roles.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS A MENTOR
Apply to be a mentor
As a mentor, you offer perspective shaped by experience, while learning alongside someone at a different stage of their journey.
The mentorship relationship creates space for reflection, meaningful conversation, and shared growth. This is an opportunity to give back to the community in a way that feels personal, thoughtful, and impactful.

Open, honest dialogue helps build meaningful connections.
Listening is just as important as sharing.

Testimonials
My original thought going into this program as a Mentor was that I would ‘give’ more than the ‘Mentee'. However, I found the experience just as rewarding.
The program gave me the opportunity to self-reflect as I opened up about previous experiences that resonated with the one I was mentoring. I am always in awe of how much young professionals want to hear from seniors and I encourage other senior professionals to take part in this meaningful experience.
